Vib3 Labs Ltd operates Speedi — a real-time trades and services availability platform — and Yori, an AI assistant powered by Speedi. Our registered address is in the United Kingdom.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number and password.

Location data: To show you available tradespeople and services near you, we collect your device location with your permission. Location is stored against your account to enable map features and quote matching.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform including searches, messages sent, quotes requested and bookings made.

Google Calendar data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to help schedule bookings and plan your day. We never share your calendar data with third parties.

Payment information: Credit card and payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Communications: Messages sent between customers and tradespeople through the platform are stored to provide the service.

• Anthropic for AI-powered features in Yori

When a tradesperson accepts a message or quote, their contact details are shared with the customer and vice versa — this is core to how the platform works.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
