Why availability, and not leads
Most work is lost to timing rather than price: the customer rings three places, two do not answer, and the third can fit them in a week on Thursday. Speedi starts from the other end. Tap your light green when you have a gap and you are on the live map for as long as that gap lasts — the customers looking at it are the ones who need somebody today. A cancelled two o'clock is the same problem whether it is a chair, a treatment room or a van.
When nobody is free, a job goes on the waitlist and out to every matching business nearby at once. The first to take it gets it. One credit, one job, no bidding.

- Do you take a cut of the job?
- No. Speedi never takes a commission on the work. You agree the price with the customer directly, and the whole of it is yours.
- Is the same job sold to five of us?
- No. A waiting request goes out to every matching business nearby at once, and the first to accept it takes it — one person, one credit. Nobody else spends anything on that job.
- Do I have to chase leads?
- Only if you want to. The main thing Speedi does is show when you are free: tap your light green and you are on the live map, with an expiry so it never says you are free when you are not. Clients can also follow you and be told the moment you go green — which is how a cancellation gets filled the same day.
- What do I get when I accept?
- The customer's phone number and email, so you can contact them directly and sort the job between you.
